Symptoms

When creating a Service Request for some customers, users receive an error message.

Steps:

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard

- Create SR
- Customer = ABC
- Contact = null
- Product = null
- Credit Hold = null

=> Error occurs.

Error:

Unable to find an object with the name - creditHoldVORow

What is Working:

It is working fine for some Customers
For that customer, the "Credit Hold" value is "No" - rather than null like the other customers failing.

Business Impact:

- Unable to proceed with SR creation for certain customers.
