Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, Production Instance
When attempting to book an Order,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Order-level sales credit total () must equal 100%
Sales Person is entered on the Order , but the Actions button does not list the Sales Credit option to verify the Sales Credits for this Order
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Sales Order Form
3. Enter an Order , book the Order and see the error
