The Oracle workflow hiring process is sending sensitive personal information (Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth (DOB), and salary information) via email.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self Service
2. Applicant Hire and Rehire> hire an employee
3. Email notifications contain sensitive personal information (SSN, DOB, and salary information).
