Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Tax Calculation

When trying to create a tax account in the tax rate page, you receive the following error message:

ERROR
Value XXX for the flexfield segment Company does not exist in the value set XXXX

Note: Substitute the XXX's for your actual error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Responsibility: Tax Manager
Navigation: Tax Rates > Copy and Override tax rate > Tax accounts
Receive above error message
