Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
=================
On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Core HR Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The EEOC has created a new field on the Electronic EEO Report with a field number of 23 and positions 1310-1319 on each location record that will hold the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).

This is a required field however the current Electronic EEO report does not have this field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Electronic EEO report to be in compliance with this new directive.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into a HRMS manager responsibility
2. Run the Electronic EEO report
3. Notice that the field (last 9 digits) that contain the EIN is not showing.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit their Electronic EEO report without this information..
