Symptoms

When performing receipt transactions for Purchase Orders using Receiving Open Interface ROI, Receiving Transaction Processor RTP completed with Warning :

Receiving Transaction Processor completed with Warning for ASN
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program RVCTP
Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure

Following errors can be seen in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS PIE table :
