Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running IEX: Strategy Management, you notice that strategies are closing, but any manual work items added after the strategy assignment was made, are still open. In other words, only the work items assigned to the strategy template at assignment of the strategy are being closed/completed/cancelled. This leaves Work Items in an open status on the IEX tables.
If closing a strategy, all the work item should get closed/cancelled
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manually insert a work item at the end of the strategy.
2. Create a dispute for the full amount for the invoice
3. Ran the collections jobs: scoring, strategy management, workflow etc.
4. The strategy has a status of Closed but the last work item is To Be Created.
Note: A closed Strategy with Work Items in To Be Created status is not an issue in the application, it's a matter of housekeeping. These Work Items will not affect the application or processing of Strategies in the future.
