Customer Interface Not Populating Country Code In HZ_CONTACT_POINTS.TRANSPOSED_PHONE_NUMBER (Doc ID 2059387.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Customer Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer Interface Master not populating country code in hz_contact_points.TRANSPOSED_PHONE_NUMBER where as Customer import API is able to populate HZ_CONTACT_POINTS.TRANSPOSED_PHONE_NUMBER along with country code. Can you confirm if this is a limitation with the program . If so please provide patch for same.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As per eTRM Transposed_phone_number column stores the concatenation of PHONE_COUNTRY_CODE, PHONE_AREA_CODE, and PHONE_NUMBER in reverse. e.g. If PHONE_COUNTRY_CODE=1, PHONE_AREA_CODE=650 and PHONE_NUMBER=5065747, this column stores 74756050561. This column is used in building an index to search on any combination of the above three columns.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate interface table
2. Run customer interface
