Why Need By Date Gets Populated Differently On Internal Requisition And External Requisition Created Through Back To Back Order? (Doc ID 2059533.1)

Goal

Need By Date gets populated differently when the item is to be sourced from an external supplier and when the item is to be sourced from another Organization (Internally) in Back to Back scenario.

If an item for which the Post processing Lead time is X days. For 2 different scenarios, the Need By Date in the Requisition is getting populated differently.

Scenario 1:
When the item is to be sourced from an external supplier the Need By Date on the requisition (External) is 3 days earlier then the Schedule Ship Date of the Sales Order Line i.e If Schedule Ship Date is on the Sales Order Line is 02nd October 2015 (For Example), then Need by Date on External Requisition will be September 29th, 2015.

Scenario 2:
When the item is to be sourced from another Organization (Internally) the Need By Date on the requisition (Internal) is same as the Schedule Ship Date of the Sales Order Line i.e If Schedule Ship Date is on the Sales Order Line is 02nd October 2015 (For Example), then Need by Date on Internal Requisition will be 02nd October 2015.
