Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a return line that references another sales order that is outside the quantity of the price break range of the original sales order, the price break unapplies when applying a freight charge to charge back freight to customer for return.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The unit selling price to be the original value of 15.30, not the list price of 25.50

STEPS
-----------------------
1.  Via OM Super User

2.  Navigate Orders, Returns, Sales Orders

3.  Create a new sales order header and on the order lines

4.  Enter the  RMA line for a partial amount originally shipped (note:  the original sales order line has a price break discount)

5.  Change the quantity back to original RMA and apply restocking fee (15%)
