Unable To Lock Record Error During Supplier Registration When First Session Not Saved And Browser Closed

On : 12.2.4 version, Supplier Registration Issues
During Supplier Registration by Supplier in iSupplier Portal entered Address, Contact, Product and Services and Bank without "SAVE" and accidentally close browser.
Supplier Open the URL in the invitation again and respond to invitation in second session, the following error is shown when "Apply" Product and Services
Unable to lock the record. Cause: The record is being modified by another user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. During Prospective Supplier Registration, enter Address, Contact, Product and Services and Bank.
2. After entering the details, do not "SAVE" and close browser.
2. Open the URL from the invitation page again and receive the error in Products and Services.
