Launch Maps Not Refreshing Or Updating Available Territories (Doc ID 2059955.1)

The correct territories are not getting listed in the map when the territories are selected.

When the territories are selected in the Select territories and task owners, same territories should be visible in the Launch Maps section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In the Dispatch Center -> Tools -> Select territories and task owners

> Select a list of Territories
> Go To Map Options >> Launch Map
> All the Territories are available.

Now again perform the below activity:
> Select a different list of Territories
> Click Refresh Map , the new territories are not available
> Go To Map Options >> Launch Map
> New Territories are still not available.
