UPK Wrong Password When Opening UPK Client Developer Using Windows Authentication (Doc ID 2059976.1)

When attempting to log into UPK after changing the Windows password, the following error occurs. UPK was installed using Windows Authentication.

Wrong password

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Windows password
2. Try to login to UPK
3. Receive error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into UPK and use it as per their needs.
