Account Analysis And Drilldown Personalize View Not Applying Changes (Doc ID 2060134.1)

Symptoms

When a Personalize View is created on the Account Analysis and Drilldown page, it is not retaining the changes and only displaying the default settings.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------------------------------
Create a new view on the Account Analysis and Drilldown page. Make changes to the columns displayed and how they are sorted. Click APPLY AND VIEW RESULTS button. The only columns displayed and sorted are the ones that are displayed by default.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Create a new view on the Account Analysis and Drilldown page. Make changes to the columns displayed and how they are sorted. Click APPLY AND VIEW RESULTS button. The new view settings should now be displayed.


STEPS
-----------------------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Ledger > Inquiry > Account Analysis and Drilldown > Views > Personalize > Create View
2. Enter view name, change columns displayed, sorting options, and filters.
3. Select Apply and View Results.
4. Default settings still displayed.
