AR_00104 TAX LINES PRESENT IN ZX NOT IN AR (Doc ID 2060893.1)

Symptoms

For credit memo tax lines are present in ZX tables but are missing in ra_customer_trx_line and ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all.

OR

If DM/CM has missing tax lines, and when user try to apply these CM/DM to receipt user gets error AR_APP_ZERO_BASIS.

Need to create the missing TAX lines in the AR tables.
