Stale Data Error During Supplier Registration When Using The Back Button (Doc ID 2060973.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Other Issues

When attempting to use Back Button during Prospective Supplier Registration on attachments page the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to register a Supplier
2. Add attachments.
3. Use back button from page (not browser back button)
4. The error message is shown.
