Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Receipt transaction details are not displaying in receipt screen for CLM PO receipts.  The header is shown, but not the transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All records should be shown.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a receipt (receive/deliver) for a PO.
2. Query PO or Receipt in Receiving Transactions Summary Form
3. See the header.
4. Click on the Transactions button
5. No transactions are shown.
