Instructions to configure the SSL truststore for 12.2.

In older versions of 12.1, the configuration was done through:
A. The autoconfig property s_ssl_truststore

B. $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oafm/config/oc4j.properties

In 12.2, the OTA servlet runs under the Weblogic server and not the oc4j container.
