Statement Of Earnings (SOE) Is Not Displayed According the Datetrack Date (Doc ID 2061499.1)

Symptoms

Statement of Earning is not showing based on datetracked date from Assignment form.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility is : Global HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to People >Enter & Maintain > Date Track (e.g. 01-DEC-2014)
3. Click on Assignment button > Others > Statement of Earnings.  SOE shows details for a different date than datetrack date.
