To configure the Single Client Access Name (SCAN) listener with a non-rac database and E-Business Suite R12.

Tested the following steps for the DB tier:

1. Defined the DB tier context file per Appendix D in the following document:

2. After the changes to the DB tier CONTEXT_FILE, executed autoconfig per the instructions.

3. After autoconfig completed, the scan listener configuration was still not written to the tnsnames.ora file.
