Mandatory QA Inspection Can Be Avoided In Receiving Transactions Form (Doc ID 2061613.1)

Symptoms

On QA - Oracle Quality, 12.1.3 version, Transaction Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mandatory Collection Plan is not forcing the Receiving Inspection based on the transaction triggers for Inspection Transaction or for Receiving Inspection transaction integration.

Inspection status (in RCVTXERT form) "Not Inspected - Inspection Required" is displayed in back color.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the qa plan results entry to be mandatory.

Inspection status (in RCVTXERT form) "Not Inspected - Inspection Required" should be displayed in RED color.

And following error should occur when saving without doing the inspection:

APP-QA-16134: You must enter results on following mandatory collection plans : <qa plan name>


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define item with receiving routing = inspection required
2. Define QA plan and enable it for Inspection Transaction with certain triggers. (ie: ASL Status <> Approved)
3. Add ASL with status New for this item
4. Perform Receiving without inspection. (for a inspection required receipt/po)
