Depreciation Run Fails if Override Amount Same As Cost (Doc ID 2061640.1)

On Applications When attempting to run Depreciation  , the following error occurs when Depreciation Override amount is posted on an asset in its period of addition and equal to Cost:

-- Error
APP-OFA-48152: Asset number 757493
Error: Depreciation cannot exceed depreciation limit.
Cause: Override amount is too large.
Action: Enter an override amount that will not cause depreciation to exceed the depreciation limit.

-- What is working
Depreciation is calculated with no error for the other assets.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Add an asset with backdated DPIS as Expensed
2. Enter override amount for the asset in current period equal to the cost and set to POST status
3.Submit Depreciation
