Retropay Enhanced creates large retro element entries that negate the employee's salary during a prior pay period. This happens in the pay period where a Balance Adjustment is processed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a balance adjustment for an employee
2. Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced)
3. Run Retropay (Enhanced) and see unwanted retro entries
