ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are not able to select a resource when creating a debrief for a task that has more than one assignee
This was previously fixed by patch 19266281 (see: HTML Debrief for Task With Multiple Engineers Does Not Allow Debriefing for Both (Doc ID 1931082.1))
but after applying the patch 20586781, this issue appears.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the user is able to select one of the resources assigned to the task before creating the debrief.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) SR Created
2) Task Created
3) Multiple engineers assigned
4) When click on Debrief it doesn’t show the page that gives the option to choose the engineer for debrief
