Pick Selection List Generation Fails When Picking by Batch

On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release

When attempting to release more than one sales order, the Concurrent Pick Selection List Generation finishes with errors.
The log shows the following error:

  INV_Pick_Release_Pub.Pick_Release l_return_status ==> U
Error occurred in Inv_Pick_Release_Pub.Pick_Release
ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_Pick_Release_PUB Procedure Pick_Release
Unexpected error from INV_Pick_Release_Pub.Pick_Release. Exiting
SQLCODE: 1 SQLERRM: User-Defined Exception
Exception occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST.Release_Batch_Sub
  Exiting WSH_PICK_LIST.RELEASE_BATCH_SUB - EXCEPTION:E_RETURN (08/10/2015 04:28:05 PM, 4.36 seconds)
  Return from Release_Batch_Sub

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Order Management Super User.

2. Navigate > Shipping > Release Sales Orders > Release Sales Orders for Picking.

3. Submit pick release for a batch of orders.

4. The request completes with error.
