Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Value Added Tax - O2C

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using the Different Segments for Revenue lines in Single Transaction for Inclusive tax but the Accounting is happening on only one Account.

India Localization AR Transaction form --> Manual AR Transaction

Suppose  Item1 --> ABC(Revenue Account) --> VAT1(Inclusive ADHOC Tax 20)
               Item2 --> DEF(Revenue Account) --> VAT2(Inclusive ADHOC Tax 201)
Item3 --> GHI(Revenue Account)

After applying the tax and run Create Accounting and Journal Import below is the Accounting

Credit        Vat Liability Account(Picking from Regime Registartion) --> 221(VAT1 + VAT2) --> Perfect
Debit         ABC(Revenue Account) --> 221 --> All the Amount added to one Revenue Account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Separate Accounts should get Debited and Tax Amount should not be clubbed in a single Account. 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Manual AR transaction or Import them through OFI import

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot account the Tax in different Accounts
