Payroll Exception Report Not Returning Data For Some Pay Periods (Doc ID 2062684.1)

The Payroll Exception report returns data for some pay periods but not for all pay periods.

For Example: Report did not return data when run it for July 31 or  August 31 but it works when we run it for June 30 or Sept 30
