Not Able to Create Internal Sales Order (ISO) From Internal Requisition for New Organization (Doc ID 2062703.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import Internal Sales Order (ISO) getting error:


ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred in call to inv_convert.inv_um_convert. Check your unit of measure and conversions setup

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User & Purchasing Super User
2. Create Internal Requisition - Navigate: Purchasing Super User: Navigation - Requisitions/Requisitions
3. Import the Internal Sales Order - Order Management Super User: Navigation: Orders,Returns > Import Orders > Order Import Request > Receive Error
