Cancelled Top Model Line Does Not Populate Correctly in ASO Order Feedback Queue (Doc ID 2062771.1)

Symptoms


When canceling a top model order line and freight order line through Siebel to EBS integration using the Process_Order API, the ASO order feedback queue, operation column was set to 'UPDATE' for the freight order line.
The ASO order feedback queue operation column was null for the top model order line.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the operation column to be set to 'UPDATE' in ASO order feedback queue.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Responsibility Order Management Super User

2. Navigate: Order Workbench, Order Organizer > Query Order with Model >  canceling a top model order line and freight order line through Siebel to EBS integration using the Process Order API as well as from the form not using Siebel -> results in the same outcome
