On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier SupReports Merge Emp
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If file zxcptytaxprfileb.pls on version 120.9.12010000.6,
when using AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Create_Vendor/Update_Vendor_Public to update rounding rule,
but rounding rule is getting nulled out.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to update rounding rule using AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Create_Vendor/Update_Vendor_Public package.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. update rounding rule using AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Create_Vendor/Update_Vendor_Public package,
and found rounding rule goes null
