Internal Requisition / Internal Sales Order Receiving Failing With Unexpected Error 'Unexpected Error Occurred, Please Check Log' (Doc ID 2062876.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to receive internal sales order, after entering the lot number in Mobile application the following error occurs.

Unexpected Error occurred, Please check log.


The Mobile INV log file shows the following error:

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in mobile using Warehouse management responsibility
2. Navigate : Inbound > Express Receive > Int Req
3. Enter the requisition number, item and other details
4. Enter Lot number in lot attributes page and select Accept defaults
5. Find the error: Unexpected Error occurred, Please check log.
