Symptoms

When attempting to Autopack a delivery into a container in the Shipping Transaction form, the following error occurs:

Error: Error occurred while Autopacking delivery into container.

Unexpected Error: Error in Routine
WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PKG.CREATE_DELIVERY_DETAILS_BULK, Oracle Error --1
ORA-00001: unique constraint violated (WSH.WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_U2) violated

Unexpected Error: One or more containers could not be created due to errors.

Error: One or more containers could not be created due to errors.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping ->Transactions
3. Query the sales order
4. Select Autopack from the Action drop down list
