Goal

With E-Business Suite 12.0 and above, the apps tier $TNS_ADMIN/tnsnames.ora file is generated with 3 ip addresses belong to the Single Client Access Name (SCAN).

We would instead like the tnsnames.ora file to be generated with the SCAN name only, instead of a series of IP addresses.
