When logging to Mobile Timecards Application. The following error occurs:

You do not have access to use this mobile application. Please contact your System Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Mobile Timecards App

The issue has the following business impact:
This is delaying the implementation for this new feature
