Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------


An email rerouted within email center  is not visible in EMC. The email has an associated resource_id and email_account_id in the iem_rt_proc_emails table, however the queue_status = G.


There are no related items in the iem_outbox_errors table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect the message to be available for processing by an Email Center agent.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, certain message/s cannot be processed thus severely impacting SLA's.
