Define Budget Users Form Wont Save Default Approver. On creating a budget user and assigning a default approver and saving, the system shows a message that the record is saved but the Default Approver field becomes blank. The back end table FV_BUDGET_USER_DTL also doesn't populate the column DEFAULT_APPROVER_ID. On second attempt the record is saved and the default approver information is saved.

“ORA=01403: no data found”.  You must click on the OK button 4 or 5 times.  Then “An Unexpected Error ORA-6502 has occurred … ORA-01403: no data found” again 4 or 5 times.
You can add a new user after getting thru all of the repeated displays of the above error message.
If the user name is greater than 25 characters and the screen is re-queried, the user name will not display and you receive one more display of the above message.
The Maximum length of the user name is 100 characters when establishing a new user.    The user names can be very long because of your business requirement.  Display of 30 characters is acceptable but we must be able to enter more than 25 characters for the user name.
