Cost Center column is missing in iProcurement
The Cost Center column used to be available in iProcurement 11i on the "Checkout: Review and Submit Requisition" page but has been removed in iProcurement Release 12.
It needs to be added back to the Requisition page, the page with the Submit button on it. Also it can not be added back through personalization either.
It is expected that the Cost Center column should still be available on the Edit and Submit page or that users should be allowed to add it back if it is not there by default. The Cost Center column used to be there in 11i and it is expected that it should still be there in R12.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a new requisition.
2. Click Next button until you get to the Requisition page with the Complete button on it.
3. Observe that the Cost Center column is missing from the Details table on the Requisition page, the one with the Submit button on it and that it cannot be added back through personalization.
