On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form
Function key F6 doese not work properly in Service Request Form (CSXSRISR). When the Service Request Form will be cleared with function key F6, this works perfect the first time: Fields are empty and reported date will be set to sysdate. But when processing F6 on again on empty form, nothing happens.
This behavior worked correctly in Release 12.0.6 where the reported date resets to sysdate, each and every time, the function key F6 has been pressed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
