Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Release Management
When try to set up trading partner for new customer,
get the following error:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as e-commerce gateway responsibility
2. Navigate to Trading Partner Groups
Query existing trading partner group
3. Add new trading partner
click OK
