Created an Item Category called 'GL Sub Account' - This Cannot be Found as a Source For a Condition In Account Derivation Rules (ADRs) (Doc ID 2063728.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Created an Item Category called by GL Sub Account.
Tried to create condition in the Account Derivation Rules screen using the above category but cannot find Item Category 'GL Sub Account' in source's LOV.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that to be able to select the new defined 'GL Sub Account' Item Category in the LOV for Source field in Account Derivation Rule Conditions form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating Item Category 'GL Sub Account'
2. Creating Accounting Rule by OPM Financials responsibility
3. Accounting Setup > Subledger Accounting Setup > Accounting Methods Builder > Journal Entry Setups > Account Derivation Rules

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Accounting Rule as business required and correct postings cannot be generated.
