Mobile Picking Tasks Not Being Canceled After Users Select Exception (Doc ID 2063854.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item is physically out of stock in the warehouse. There is a pending task for Manufacturing Picking that needs cancellation due to no stock availability. The cycle count tasks are not generated for the designated pick location and the system does not suggest an alternate location to pick from during cycle


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the exception reason is selected during the picking process,system should cancel the Manufacturing pick task and create cycle count.

 

STEPS
----------

1. Go to: Whse Mgmt mobile

2. Navigate to: Tasks > Directed Tasks > Manufacturing > Discrete picking

3. Choose exception and The transaction reason: Pick none.

4. See the expected cycle count tasks are not generated.
