Customer has an applicant who had registered and applied for a vacancy in 2013.
Prior to applying patch 19429694:R12.PER.B R121:US OFCCP DISABILITY/VEVRAA AUDIT REPORT NOT PICKING UP APPLICANTS when the iRec US
OFCCP Disabilty/VVRAA Audit report was run for the applicant for a particular vacancy, the applicant was picked up.
After applying patch 19429694:R12.PER.B R121:US OFCCP DISABILITY/VEVRAA AUDIT REPORT NOT PICKING UP APPLICANTS and the applicant
another vacancy on 23-Dec-2014 and reran the report the applicant was not picked up on the report for the new vacancy that they had applied for.

Reporting period Start Date - 01-Jan-2014
Reporting period End Date - 09-Feb-2015
Steps to Reprouce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into a US HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Run the US OFCCP Disability/VEVRAA Audit Report
3. Based on the above dates noticed that certain applicants are not showing up.
