Province Is Missing And Country Is Showing Before Postal Code In Install Base Item Instance Screen for Canadian Address (Doc ID 2063908.1)

In displaying Canadian Address, province is missing and country is showing before postal code in Install Base Item Instance screen.

1) Province is not showing in any of the addresses (Current Location, Install at location, Bill To location, and Ship to location)

2) Country is showing as CA (looks like California) sometimes before the postal code and sometimes after. Country, if represented in the address, should be listed as the last piece of information and ‘Canada’ is preferred over CA.
