Search Does Not Return Results When Using Reference Numbers in Default Search Criteria and Screenset Query Field (Doc ID 2063948.1)

Trying to Query for Objects using multiple Reference numbers with one Reference number included in the default criteria and another Reference Number selected during Search does not return any results.

Symptoms

When creating a Custom Screenset, Users have an option to configure Default Search Criteria that should be applied to filter the data. A Reference Number/Value pair is included in the Default Search Criteria and Users then want to further filter the Results by selecting another Reference Number/Value pair using the normal Query field available as the Multi Select List on the screenset, Objects which have both the Reference Numbers/Values are not displayed as is expected.
