Clarify options to use OATM on 12.2.2+ to implement a database reorganization or migration of EBS objects into a different tablespace (with Linux bigfiles or bigger size extent management than default 128K extents).

The above explains how to introduce new tablespaces with bigger size extent management (1M), and how to migrate objects from an old tablespace into a new one using the OATM tool.

The goal is to migrate EBS 12.2 database objects to a new tablespace using Linux Bigfiles management or to other tablespaces with bigger extents than the default 128K (provided by Rapid Install for a new 12.2 install).  However when using the OATM process, many issues may be encountered including database catalog kernel corruption.

For example, on a 12.2.3 instance with 11.2.0.4.5 Database. When running the OATM report after migration there are multiple ORA-errors:
