On : 12.1.3 version, Belgium Add-on Localizations

Belgium Localization, CLE: Bank statement loader program is not importing bank statements as per bank data file.
CLE: Bank statement loader program is spawning below programs:

1.CLE: Load Bank Statement Data(1)
2. Run SQL*Loader- CODA128
3. CLE: Bank Statement Loader(1)

 CLE: Load Bank Statement Data(1) logfile is populating:

ERROR: Can not find Bank Account:
--> all statements fo
  r this account deleted
CLE: CODA Record Type: jjjjjjj
lc_flag at line-553 is: F
ln_ibank_acct_id at line-572: XXXXX

CLE: Load Bank Statement Data(1) output file is populating:

ERROR: The Internal EUR Bank Account Does Not Exists in System

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload bank data file
2. Navigate to Cash Management responsibility
3. From submit request window, execute CLE: Bank statement loader program

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import bank statement as per bank data file
