Symptoms
Installed 6.4 and turned on SSL on the web server.
Turned on SSL by adding the virtual host to the httpd.conf and then restarted the webserver/appserver. After completing the addition, able to get to the login page of OTM without issue, however after entering the logon USR/PWD running into the message the connection was reset. Additionally noticed that the URL changed from https to an IP number at the start of the URL.
