The following error occurs on the Attribute Mapping Rules Error Report.

Error Message: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.OZF_QP_QUAL_PVT" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.OZF_QP_QUAL_PVT"
Many more error messages (44) are shown which are similar to the following two shown below.
Note that the first message is at "LINE" level whereas the second message is at "ORDER" level.

4. Select Name: Attribute Mapping Rules Error Report.

7. Upload the output of the concurrent request
