Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The batch is complete in the initiator and recipient, posted in the initiator and recipient books, and period is open in all books; however, cannot reverse the batch in AGIS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue may be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AGIS batch
2. Approve the batch and post it.
