Goal

Is the Oracle Fusion Expenses Mobile app certified to launch and execute over the internet --- i.e. not on an internal network or through VPN?  

For example, after creating an external webtier to expose iExpense over the internet using an identified topology (<Note 380490.1> "Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Configuration in a DMZ") can the mobile app connect to the external URL?
